James joins DLA from RSM US LLP, where he held the role of Partner within the Risk Consulting division of the organization. With a career spanning numerous high-profile engagements, James brings an unparalleled depth of expertise across the Internal Audit spectrum. His experience includes Internal Audit, Operational intricacies, SOC Reports, Risk Assessments, Enterprise Risk Management, and SOX Compliance, among other key domains.
In his role as Partner at DLA, James will lead strategic initiatives in the Northeast, utilizing his extensive experience interfacing with regulatory authorities such as PCAOB and FDIC. His pivotal role as an internal control review partner for public company audits underscores his commitment to compliance and risk management. James’ history of developing frameworks for national-level career progression positions him as a transformative leader capable of guiding the evolution of the DLA’s Internal Audit practice.
