Philip Ramacca is a Senior Advisor of DLA, LLC. Philip has over 31 years of broad business experience, including extensive audit experience in real estate and asset management, advising clients that include REITs, REOCs, and Private Equity firms, among others. At DLA, Philip serves as the Lead Client Service Partner for numerous real estate clients.

Over the course of his career, Philip has worked closely with executives and boards at dozens of organizations, advising on various technical accounting and auditing issues; consulting on business combinations; and assisting clients negotiating debt agreements. He has worked with numerous organizations to initially comply with SOX requirements and maintain that compliance is ongoing. Philip has also performed in-depth reviews of the operations of joint venture partners, third-party managed properties, self-managed properties and hotels.
