Tom’s career spans roles as an internal and external audit manager, internal accountant, forensic accountant, and litigation consultant in both public and private sectors, including work with local and national accounting firms. His extensive experience includes forensic accounting, dispute advisory, and financial consulting services for matters such as economic damage analysis, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, and fraud investigations.

Tom has served a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, insurance, telecommunications, retail, law firms, physician practices, and construction. He frequently presents findings to attorneys, general counsel, and audit committees, providing critical insights that inform litigation strategies and resolution efforts.

Prior to Joining DLA, Tom held a Senior Vice President role at J.S. Held, Incorporated in the Economic Damages & Valuation Services Group Practice, where he specialized in economic damage calculations, complex litigation, medical malpractice, receiverships, fraud investigations, construction claims, and medical malpractice in a variety of industries and services.
