Throughout his professional journey, Rhett has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate diverse skill sets, having called, networked, and penetrated nine different discipline’s skill sets. He has successfully initiated six skill disciplines from a greenfield environment and founded two IT consulting companies from scratch.

Rhett’s leadership extends to training, managing, and guiding over 130 technical recruiters and account managers, operating in both established markets and new greenfield markets across four time zones. His strategic acumen has contributed to generating over $175 million in revenue.

As a personal producer, Rhett boasts a lifetime sales record of $68 million, earning him the impressive rank of #2 account manager out of 174 within a 4.5 billion dollar publicly traded corporation. His international impact is evident in leading training sessions on crucial topics such as skills training, networking, lead generation, building accounts, market dynamics, and intercompany cooperation.

Rhett’s sales expertise spans various industries, including oil and gas, energy/utilities, chemical manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical/medical device, and industrial manufacturing. This diverse background has uniquely positioned him to define, create, and spearhead profitable sales ventures nationwide.

Prior to joining DLA, Rhett held the Senior Vice President position with South 6 Inc. Rhett was hired to establish and enhance market presence and penetration in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud consulting. He also played a key role in increasing market share within the market silos of Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Data, and Digital. He began his career with the Oxford Global Resources, Inc., where he worked his way up to National Market Manager.
