Mike is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with deep expertise in alternative investments, technology, and digital infrastructure. His career spans pioneering roles in private credit, fintech, and cybersecurity, where he has consistently identified and scaled high-growth opportunities.  

A first mover in the private credit market, Mike built and led NationsBank/Merrill Lynch’s syndicated loan and private equity co-investment businesses. He founded Carlyle’s Global Credit platform, establishing it as a major force in alternative credit investing. Later, he launched and successfully exited Sound Harbor Partners, a credit investment firm acquired by AllianzGI.  

Mike currently serves as an advisor to high-growth businesses operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and transformative innovation.
