Joseph Bakutes is a Partner at DLA LLC, within the Accounting Advisory group. His expertise includes guiding companies throughout the corporate lifecycle in matters including U.S. GAAP, Internal / External Audit, Internal Controls, PCAOB Standards Policies and Procedures, System Conversion, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and Financial Risk Management.  He also assists companies by re-engineering accounting and financial processes and implementing new reporting and monitoring tools.

Prior to joining DLA LLC, Joseph served as Senior Director of Accounting with a technology platform, where he led the accounting function, implemented SEC required policies, and executed new financial reporting policies.
