Jason Miller is a finance transformation leader with 20+ years of experience serving private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, enterprises, and government contractors. He frequently operates in three roles: finance operator, systems and data transformation leader, and interim executive.

As a finance operator, Jason improves EBITDA and working capital through back-office redesign, close-cycle compression, and cash conversion, with particular focus on PE-backed middle-market companies preparing for growth, refinancing, or exit.

As a systems and data transformation leader, he delivers implementations from current-state diagnostic through cutover, anchored in the data architecture, margin visibility, and reporting operating model required to ensure the investment pays off after go-live.

As an interim Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Information/Technology Officer, or fractional CFO, he stabilizes functions, restores confidence with leadership, sponsors, and lenders, and hands off a clean seat to a permanent hire.
