Isabelle Bordas is a Partner in DLA, LLC’s Accounting Advisory group, based in New York, bringing over 25 years of deep expertise in technical accounting and finance transformation. She is a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders, guiding them through high-stakes initiatives — from navigating first-time audits and IPO readiness to executing complex transactions and optimizing financial operations. Isabelle’s proficiency spans SEC reporting and filings, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS, and she works across public, private, and private equity-backed companies in a wide range of industries.

Before joining DLA, Isabelle held senior leadership roles at top-tier accounting firms. She spent two decades at Deloitte, where she led the Advisory practice’s reporting transformation offering, followed by her role as the Accounting Advisory Leader for Marcum’s New York region. Most recently, she served as Managing Director at Riveron Consulting, driving complex finance and accounting transformation projects for high-growth and middle-market clients, while also leading strategic partnership initiatives across the New York market.
