Stellana provided assistance and consultation in the areas of internal audit over financial reporting and implementation of SOX 404 processes. Stellana also worked closely with early stage, venture backed companies, guiding them through their transition to a public company (IPOs) and other change-of-control type events. Joseph Bakutes expertise includes guiding companies throughout the corporate lifecycle in matters including US GAAP, Internal / External Audit, Internal Controls, PCAOB Standards Policies and Procedures, System Conversion, Financial Reporting, Treasury, and Financial Risk Management. James Stanton brings over 20 years of expertise in internal auditing, risk management, information technology audit, business continuity planning, and related disciplines. His impressive career has included leadership roles with RSM US LLP, Santander Bank, Grant Thornton, and others. Having spearheaded dozens of operational and IT internal audit and SOX projects, James is known for helping businesses navigate the complex risk management and compliance landscape, while enhancing their operational resilience.
Robin Cyrus
Managing Director, Head of National Cybersecurity Practice
Robin Cyrus is the Managing Director for the National Cybersecurity practice at DLA, where he develops, implements, and manages cybersecurity strategies and policies to safeguard organizations against cyber threats. His previous roles include security leadership positions with McKinsey and BDO LLP, where he partnered with Fortune 1000 firms to bolster their cybersecurity programs, address compliance challenges, and strengthen overall security measures.
