Webinar: Initiating Your IPO Journey – Key Steps to Successfully Get Started
Explore the foundational pathways for transitioning to public markets, including traditional IPOs, SPAC mergers, and reverse mergers with public shell companies.
Understand the critical early steps to evaluate your company’s readiness for a public transaction, such as determining if a public exit aligns with your strategic goals, identifying a core advisory team to guide the process, and establishing a realistic timeline for execution.
Attendees will also gain valuable insights into the advantages of remaining private, including maintaining control over decision-making, avoiding the significant costs and regulatory burdens of public markets, and focusing on long-term growth without the distractions of quarterly earnings reports.
This session is set at an Intermediate level, with no prerequisites or advanced preparation required, and attendees will earn 1 CPE credit for their participation, making it a valuable opportunity for professional development while gaining actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. If you are unable to attend, please note that CPE credit will not be awarded. In the event of a cancellation, an email notification will be sent to all registered participants.
