Since joining the firm in 2023, Maria Golenkov has quickly established herself as a trusted leader within the Internal Audit practice. In her new role as Partner, she will oversee the Financial Services team. Maria brings extensive experience advising clients across business development companies (BDCs), private equity and credit platforms, REITs, hedge funds, and digital asset investment vehicles. She is also leading the firm’s expansion into digital assets, positioning DLA at the forefront of this evolving space. Known for her expertise in regulatory compliance, including SOX 404, Maria combines technical depth with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

Kevin Gray Promoted to Director, Information Technology Services

Kevin Gray, who joined DLA in 2014, has played a pivotal role in building and strengthening the firm’s IT Services group. As Director, he will continue to lead complex IT engagements and support strategic initiatives.
