IT Controls & Governance


Utilizing our IT and controls experience, our team provides IT risk assessments, documents and establishes IT policy and procedure and designs IT controls framework. The same services can be performed as an assessment depending on the maturity and depth of the existing IT infrastructure.

Our DLA team:
  • Assists in the design and implementation of IT organization, governance and strategy
  • Analyzes existing IT organizational structures, assessing roles, responsibilities, capabilities and work allocation
  • Assesses IT policies and procedures to ensure all critical areas of the IT organization are addressed and that they ensure adequate General Computer Controls (GCC) and Computer Application Controls (CAC)
  • Develops IT policies and procedures
  • Tests controls to ensure proper design and execution
  • Reviews and assesses SSAE 16 reports, control exceptions and client control considerations
